Senior Sunday 2025

People often say this generation is worse than the last—but we see something different. At Trinity Bible Church, we see God moving in the lives of today’s students. Hear honest, encouraging testimonies from our graduating high school seniors.

Don’t Ghost God | Senior Sunday 2023

As High School Seniors prepare for college, parents remind them that they are just a phone call away. But how often do we reach out to God? Are we talking to Him daily or only in times of need? What’s holding us back from building a deeper relationship with our Creator through prayer?

Your “Dash” Matters | Senior Sunday 2022

As we celebrate another senior class, I am reminded of Moses. What Moses did during his life mattered. Whether you have a senior or not, you have a chance to influence generations after you and point them to Jesus. Join us, not only to honor our seniors and pray over them, but also to see how Moses made his “dash” matter, and how you can make your “dash” matter too.

Senior Sunday 2021

In life there are important chapters that we all face. This week, we celebrate the closing of a chapter for our seniors at Trinity Student Ministry. I know what you are thinking… "I don’t have any seniors so this doesn’t affect me, right?" However, come this Sunday to find out why this does affect all of us. Our seniors are a part of the church and we are the body. As we see in scripture, David didn’t become a king overnight, but people encouraged him and prepared him for his next chapter. We have a part to play in the lives of our own students and those that are a part of TBC.

“Aha” Moments | His Word, My Story 2020

I had an "aha moment" years ago. Have you ever had one of those? That moment where things seemed to all of a sudden make sense? We have these as spiritual markers in our life. For me, it was when a verse in Matthew made me sit down and really think about how I am applying it. Join us this week as we look at an "aha moment" that has made a huge difference in my life. Maybe it will be a time for you to look back and identify some "aha moments" and have spiritual conversations this week.

Senior Sunday 2019

Join us today as we celebrate our graduating Seniors. For most parents, the time with their children goes by in a flash. When we look back to the past, emotions like joy or fear often rise to the surface. Today, we will dive into the scriptures where God calls Moses to move forward… but he is focused on the past. Is something in your past holding you back? This Sunday, we will learn from God’s Word how to honor the past and yet focus on what God has for us next. -Mark Winkler, Associate Pastor to Student

God Speaks

In our lives, we have highs and lows. How do we get to those places where we feel the closest to Jesus? Many times it is not a matter of if we drift, but when. In one moment, we can be on fire for Jesus and the next, life seems to knock us back. Join us today, as we learn how one minute Elijah is confident in God, and the next moment he is running for his life.

Senior Sunday 2018

We are consumed by other people, Social media, news, celebrity gossip… these all make the news. Think about the number of reality TV shows that are on — If we are not careful, we can get caught up in this celebrity gossip and rumors. We can drift away from what we should be focusing on. Today, we will look together at Paul’s encouragement to Timothy to set an example. Timothy is a young kid and is about to go into a city that values the worldly fables and Paul reminds him what has eternal value. Come study with us, as we look at how we can remain focused on the eternal value of God’s word when we are surrounded by so many distractions.
