How were you disciplined as a child when you misbehaved? Different parents and different generations take alternative approaches to discipline. In my era, one of the worst things a kid could hear was, “Just wait ‘til your father gets home.” Well, the Book of Zephaniah is the ultimate “just wait ‘til your father gets home” book. God’s punishment is coming. But… in the end times, there will be a remnant of believers. And that is both our challenge and our charge – to be a part of the remnant.
