First Peter reminds us over and over that as followers of Jesus we are “called”; called by God, called out of darkness into His marvelous light, called to a blessing and called to eternal glory. But there’s another calling . . . it’s a calling to patiently endure when faced with mistreatment. Simply put, it’s a call to go above and beyond. We will unpack this unique and challenging calling on our lives.
