The Executive Pastor of Leadership partners with and supports the Senior Pastor to carry out the vision and mission of Trinity Bible Church (TBC) as affirmed by the Elders. Responsible for overall staff leadership development and oversight of TBC’s Facilities, Finances, Human Resources, Communications, Worship and Missions. Manages and leads in a manner that is consistent and complementary to the Senior Pastor’s shepherding of staff and the congregation.
This position will serve as the overall coordinator for Trinity Bible Church buildings and property in support of Trinity’s ministry programs and activities, and to ensure the property is welcoming and well maintained. Duties include the operation and maintenance of equipment systems including interior and exterior maintenance, information technology, oversight of service contracts associated with the operation and maintenance of church properties, emergency repairs and security.
